Smile River Cruiser PCE AG acquired three river cruise ships built in 2010 and 2011 respectively and leased them out under long-term bareboat charter contracts of 8 to 10 years. As planned, the vessels were renovated and refurbished after the acquisition until the end of March 2020. The three river cruise ships will be used in regular passenger service on the European rivers Danube and Rhine.
